Also crystal light and vitsmin water zero don't hurt like water does. Its also gotten better over time.

It is hard but once you get used to it, it becomes second nature. I drink mine out of a coffee mug which forves me to sip. 1 berniec reacted to this

Amazeyem 32 Posted September 27, 2012 How r u feeling???? Spiritually Guided I'm feeling better I switched the Protein I was using. Now I'm doing premier nutrition chocolate. It's 30 grams Protein per 11 oz 1 gram sugar. Drinking is not causing pain now but I feel full all the time. Sometimes I feel like I have to wait a longer time between sips so I don't become uncomfortable. Are you doing any better? I still can't get enough fluids but I'm not feeling too dehydrated. I'm able to eat now and the whole not drinking a 1/2 hour before and after isn't helping with the Fluid intake.

I wanted so bad to have a sip of anything after I ate just to clear my palate! This does stink. It's an hour of time gone! I've noticed my pouch can't handle anything but liquid after about 7pm. It took me a few days to figure it out. I would get nauseous and feel horrible! As we figure the little things out it does seem to get better... One day at a time is all we can do! I am trying to keep up with fluids not doing so well Spiritually Guided I am 1 week out and Water is hard to do. I get a huge cup of crushed ice every day and it works great. Ice pops are a blessing too. Also. U can try doing half water half lite grape juice or trop 50 mixture. It makes the water thicker and more enjoyable and my nutritionist gave it the thumbs up
