luvlife 43 Posted September 18, 2012 I think a lot of people stall around the 5-7 week mark. I know I did. Don't get to discouraged. You will lose more soon.
Tammy483 162 Posted September 18, 2012 I know how you feel, my stalls are worst.. In a week I'll lose about 2-3 lbs and then when I weight on recording it'll be the same from last week, it's frustrating but hang in there! You'll be fine!
dstollery 290 Posted September 19, 2012 Stalls are a natural part o this process. I think it's important to remember that they are not a BA thing. When I stall I go back to the basics. I look at my food diary and ensure I am not eating out and then I make sure I measure everything and increase exercise. I have had 2 stalls and it corrected both. Physiologically the stalls make sense as your body adjusts to your caloric intake and metabolic demands. Also remember that eatting salty foods for a few days causes retention of fluids, heck even hormones can cause great fluctuations in weight. Just try to relax and go back to the basics. You will do awsome, don't panic. David Surgiversary 07/24/12 Sent from my iPhone.
