LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted September 18, 2012 Hi nikkiba - how far out from surgery are you? Losing weight rapidly can make for havoc on the body and brain sometimes. I definitely noticed changes in my mood and stress level. It was pretty tough for a few days..heck maybe even a week. But, I kept trying to keep myself in check and you know what.....when I was finally alone I just let it all out and cried my eyes out. Sometimes crying cleanses the soul. Then...it was over and I went about my routines. You're not alone.....you're not losing it......you're going through changes and it's natural

jldeville 61 Posted September 19, 2012 ThanksI have my good days and my bad days Today is a bad day Been nauseous since I ate tuna Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk I know how you feel. I'm having an awful day. Yesterday was bad as well bc I was real nauseous yesterday. Usually it's triggered by something greasy but all I had was eggs and a Protein Shake. The dr prescribed me meds for the neausa. Hope you get to feeling better.
