Turkey Jerky

Recommended Posts

We buy the Kirkland brand beef Jerky from costco. It's really tasty and pretty tender.

My company sells fresh Jerky and that was the only thing that has saved me. I couldn't stomach any of the Protein Drinks. I get 3 oz's in the morning and nibble on it all day.

If you live in Michigan find a Beacon & Bridge Market. All the Jerky is fresh. The brand is from Little Town. I'm not sure where else they sell it, but it's awesome.

Hey Jenn, where in So Cal are you? I'm in Temecula. I can't have regular food yet, but I was also thinking Jerky might be a good source of Protein especially when I'm on the go. I agree, costco has good turkey jerky and it's usually moist. In addition to Trader Joe's, Henry's/Sprouts or Barron's might have it too in smaller quantities.

My Surgeon's office sells a brand of Turkey or Ostrich Jerky. They recommend it for Protein. I will have to find out the brand.
