jadeharper 51 Posted September 16, 2012 Ate nights just don't work for me anymore! I'm 4.5wks post op and the day/night I decide to push myself to do a little more I end up exhausted the following day and watch movies..which I kinda love..I love my alone time at home but I grieve my old lifestyle. Going out with friends all the time, late nights, early mornings...sigh'
lili2012 85 Posted September 16, 2012 And why don't you go out? Today am almost 4 week out, and I went to a BBQ at my chair's. I had my pureed lunch b4 going, and sipped Water all mt time there. I felt good, and many friends talked to me about my weight loss. It was quite good time. next week am going to a brown bag lunch with friends in a park. you can always find something fun to do with your friends. Think positively 1 Bert_n_ernie reacted to this

JustJenn 542 Posted September 16, 2012 I was never a late night person but I thought I would never get my energy back as a morning person & with no green light on coffee it was hard.... But it all comes back. It's only a short grieving:) Surgery 7/25/
