cjoyce 187 Posted September 13, 2012 Super busy day at work and I've decided to stay late and finish some things up....and the only thing I'm stressing out about is wondering if I'll have time to fit in a workout when I get home. Jen in SoCal 189 Posted September 13, 2012 Every night I think to myself I CAN'T WAIT TO TAKE MY WALK TOMORROW. Seriously. I absolutely love it. I walk 3 miles 5 days a week. About 1/3 of it is uphill. It's such a wonderful stress reliever. On the flip side, I'm still not crazy about the gym. I jog for my mental stability as well as physical fitness - LOL Exercise is such a stress reliver.
