Theres even an app with a slot machine that puts meals together for you. You can search for me on there. My user name is Chef_Dad. I have lots of recipies on there that are Bariatric-friendly. The best part is that there are pictures and nutrition facts for every recipe! Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk the diet is the same the doc told me but i dnt have the bypass and every pt is diff i did the full liquid diet pureed and soft foods to i'm on week 5 nite and i cud have toasts bread but i tryed it and it was a no go lol but they want me rite now on a 550 to 800 cals a day...watt about u?
