Most of my Snacks have been like SF Jello to try and curb the hunger. And of course the snacks is where I record most of my coffee. The nurse practioner told me I had to lose this 5 pounds this month to make up for gaining the 7. Because it is from quitting smoking she said she would document that but insurance can deny a person for gaining. Just like you can get denied for losing to much too. Sigh....

Did anyone gain during 6 month suprovosed and still got approved if so how much did u gain?

Good news guys! Im down 8lbs of the 10 needed for surgery! I did lunch and Breakfast in a Protein shake and a small dinner. My pro op appointment is 9/20.
