My new favorite food! It's such an awesome replacement for rice and Pasta. Goes down easy and it's satisfying. It takes on any flavor too. So yummy I had to share.

Oh, made quinoa burgers too. Google the recipe. Even the kids loved them.

I love quinoa and it is better than Pasta but doesn't that have a lot of carbs as well?
