6 Month Diet

So today I had to go to my pcp to get Referal for Medical Neccessity and had to start my 6 month diet. I'm happy because he filled out one of my diet papers saying 1400-1600calorie intake my behavior goals exercise plan and if I'm doing good or not and he says I'm complying to what the diet plan is and there's no weight loss as of yet. So 5 more weighins (every 4 weeks be done by febuary) super excited for this. I've never been so happy to see doctors ever... I just want to finish this diet plan and get on moving with this bypass! I want to be healthy and good to go! Whoohoo.

The waiting is tourture but it will all be worth it in the end

The waiting is definitely torture! I just know I want these next few months to go by quick so I can get on the losing side. :-) ohh and its funny cause I always thought it'd take forever to turn 21, but my husband was like you'll be 21 before you know it (and this was 3 years ago) and now I'm 21 and it went by sooo fast so hopefully this goes by super fast like my big 21. :-)
