BBdoodle 483 Posted September 12, 2012 I am not fond of the Protein either, I make one shake with 64 grams of protein, I down that within a half hour as my 10:30 am snack then I get in another 20 grams from cottage cheese and yogurt. My doctor wants a MINIMUM of 64 grams daily, it is a must !!! I tried the Protein Shots and they are discusting - really discusting so I switched back to the power and mix it with 2% milk. I don't put as much milk as the directions require so the shake is a little thick but I get thru it ;{ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
