Bike Riding

So today I got on a bike put my 3 year old in the back baby seat thing and let me tell u I thought it would be a mild workout well def not me and my aunt rode around a cemetery were everyone walks Bc it's huge I did a mile and that surprised me not only am I terrible at riding a bike my legs felt like Jello lmao even tho it was pure entertainment for everyone else and my poor son was scared saying mommy wrecked me haha I will def be doing it again pushing thru it until it gets to cold to ride so ready for my surgery October 23 :))

LOL... you will get better at it. The first time I put roller blades on OMG it was a sight !!! Now I am like a pro :) Give it time... find a exercise you love and then it will not feel like you HAVE to exercise but you will look forward to working out. When I started jogging years ago, it took me one year to run a mile without stopping, keep up the good work :)
