Whats that app called that u have to add all that up, I have lose it on my phone but I wanted to check out different ones. I have an iPhone and use "Tap and Track". It just happened to have the best reviews when I was looking in the Apple App store. It works great for me but there are any number of great apps out there. Lots of folks on the forum use My Fitness Pal (amazing database and other food/calorie tracking tools) and Spark People also has a great reputation. What's important is using a food log - the one you use is just a means to that end!
believin 19 Posted September 25, 2012 I like the lose it app. Its free and it is easy to use. There are thousands of restaurant and grocery brands in it. It can send you custom reports and it emails you award badges that keep you motivated. It tracks weight exercise calories Protein and other nutrients. It can also link up to your scale if you have one of the wireless ones.
