Finally under 200 !!! Weighed in at 199 this morning...I had been stuck at 202 for over 3 weeks. It was so frustrating. I saw my nutritious on Tuesday. She looked over my daily intake (I log everything in on my fitness pal). The told me to get 80 Protein, 800 calories, and under 50 carbs a day. I was only getting my protein up to the 50's and my carbs were up in the 70-80 range. I made the adjustments, and immediately I started loosing again. My surgery date was 8/7/12. I feel like I'm back on track now.
