Sat in my chest' date=' I didnt have any pain just the feeling that these are not going down Then they all came up :-( [/quote'] Same thing happened to me but then I alternated one teaspoon of cottage cheese with one tsp of eggs and that helped it go down. Since I have been doing this I have had no problem.
LosingItForMe2011 320 Posted September 8, 2012 How did you cook your eggs. I scrambed mine when I had that happen. About 10 times before ate them with no problem, then one day wasn't even halfway through and dead stop. the YUCK feeling came and bingo it all came up and it wasn't pretty. Haven't eaten scrambled eggs since. Hubby googled how to make poached eggs for me and he's been making those instead. They are alot more moist and go down easy. Yum! jadeharper 51 Posted September 9, 2012 I started off with half a boiler egg white and eating tiny pieces and finally after 2wks I had a full egg today scrambled with veggies. The veggies provided moisture and yumminess. Also used some browsing seasoning just to season them up a little.
