Lump Above Incision

i'm 2 full weeks out of surgery and i have still got a huge lump above the left side incision. any body else? is this normal?

My dr said that was the largest opening and you are building up scar tissue inside. Mine has gone down considerably, but still there

I have it too where my drain was and that part of my tummy is sunken in like a dimple, weird huh?
