Yay!! Welcome to the group you will love it here!! I'm also 10/09 do that makes us surgery buddies!! Excited for us!!!

Are u also on a pre-op diet? Are you finding it hard? I find myself craving some of my favs...and its really hard also cuz i have to cook my family dinner and do the grocery shopping!!! All in all its going alot better than expected for me... Not really having any physical hunger just head hunger...

This will be my 4th week on the pre-op diet!!! It is very exhausting!!! I have cheated but I am back on track for my last week. WHOOT! I'm so anxious and nervous, just so many emotions!

I had to be on a pre surgery diet the whole 6 months. I just had to eat under 1500 calories a day. I will have to do a week liquid diet prior to surgery if I ever get a date
