Today I am starting to drink Water all day for the first time, before id get like maybe 8 oz a day. after all of the "water talk" i am doing it. i have had 5 - 20 oz bottles so far today. can one get too much water? and i swear i have peed 15 times so far. im sure my co workers are getting annoyed!

yes it does. the only problem i am going to have is at home. i don't have sparkletts! i am going to have to invest in it though! does any one know what a Water service costs?

Do you have a built-in ice/water dispenser on your frig.? My husband added a large, exterior Water filter to the frig. water line. It makes the frig. water (and ice) taste wonderful. I also p/u flats of individual bottled water at Sam's Wholesale for $5 a flat and keep several chilled in frig. (to grab on the run).
