I know how u feel a day felt like a week and a week a month but it really did go by fast and I have heard that Tri care as of July doesnt require the 6 months anymore just 3

I have tricare south and didnt have to do the 6 or 3 month diet. I had my surgeon appt August 23rd and they sent my paperwork to tricare on the 24th and was approved on the 28th. The only thing I had to do was the cardiologist clearance and my psych clearance but that was my drs requirement. I had heard that the tricare south region was alot easier to get approval. Good luck!!
