High Protein Snacks?

I can get plenty of Protein in at meals but the only really high protein snack I've come up with is Greek yogurt with s scoop if Protein Powder in it...then I divide it in two and have two Snacks each with 18 grams of protein. BUT I'm at my breaking point with yogurt now...the sight if it makes my stomach turn. Any suggestions for other high protein snacks??

Maybe cheese or if you have unflavoured Protein put it in applesauce, Peanut Butter, if you can eat solids you can make like meat and cheese rolls

I like dry roasted edamame, if it's ok with your doc.

1/4 C.

4g Fat

1g Sugar

14g Protein

Gives me that crunch factor as well. I live on the stuff.

Baby Belle Light cheeses are my go to snack. They are small, only 50 calories, they don't have a ton of Protein (6 grams) but they're fun to eat and they satisfy me every time. I also like the laughing cow cheeses. I'll have them on a flat bread cracker that has about 5 or 6 carbs in it.

I love those too! I've seen the freeze dried ones at Target but I haven't tried those yet. Anyone had them?

I also buy the bags of edamame in the freezer section. The ones in the shell are great. They help me pace myself while eating them because you pop two or three Beans in your mouth at a time. They're very filling too.

I had this yesterday...pretty good but they filled me up so quickly...I couldn't eat the whole 1/4 cup.
