armywife422 10 Posted September 29, 2012 Look up Quest Bars. You will be surprised by all the good stuff in them and none if the bad. They were recommended by my surgeon. I buy cases of them.
Baker_gurl 119 Posted October 9, 2012 I bought a few Quest bars after reading this. I really enjoyed the one I had. I tried the chocolate Peanut Butter flavor. I read online that it's even better when warmed up in the microwave. I felt like I was eating a cookie. It tasted really good. So much better than any of the other Protein Bars I had tried before! The one that I tried had 20 grams of Protein. Armywife, where do you order your's from? I found mine at GNC, but they're $2.99 there.

Even with shipping with a case they are like $2.13 or so. Join their Facebook page, they are always putting updates on there. The pb&j ones are good but my favorites are cinnamon roll and Apple pie...Yum! 3 JustJenn, ljr1012 and Bert_n_ernie reacted to this
Baker_gurl 119 Posted October 10, 2012 Yum! My GNC store only had the PB choc and Coconut cashew. I wondered if the Cinnamon roll was good. I'll check out the Quest site. I liked them on FB too. I had a pure Protein Bar yesterday and it was disgusting and chalky! Quest bars are the way to go!! Thank you to both of you!
armywife422 10 Posted October 10, 2012 Glad you like them. I always have them in my purse for that go-to item in case we are out and about and I absolutely can't find anything to eat anywhere. I won't buy anything else.
Baker_gurl 119 Posted October 10, 2012 I have been in that situation! My friends wanted to stop at Mcdonald's and all I could have at the time was a milk with a pouch of Protein powder! Awkward!!
The Shrinking Jewel 1 Posted October 24, 2012 I love Quest and Power Crunch. The vanilla power crunch amazed me. I felt guilty and felt as if I was eating vanilla wafer. Yummy.
lili2012 85 Posted October 24, 2012 I ordered a few flavors from GNC website but haven't tried them yet Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk
Lori Rehrer Himes 10 Posted October 24, 2012 I read Bariatric Foodies review of 7 of the flavors last night. Here's part one of three http://bariatricfoodie.blogspot.com/2011/11/quest-of-bariatric-foodie.html 1 mommy327 reacted to this
Baker_gurl 119 Posted October 25, 2012 Thank you for the review link! I've wondered how the other flavors measured up since I've only had the chocolate Peanut Butter. It is delicious by the way, especially when warmed in the microwave!
Vicki Loichinger 444 Posted October 25, 2012 I am going to check the Quest bars out and thank you for that link to the http://bariatricfood...ric-foodie.html you could get lost on there. Amazing Lady Amazing Blog
pendingmedic 8 Posted October 27, 2012 I tried these and found them great. Only downer is where you can find them, I have found GNC to be a little critical when you one in. They a very short and abrupt and it's not like the place was swamped with customers
