Tammy483 162 Posted September 4, 2012 Your body hasnt healed yet, you don't know when to stop because that I feel full feeling hasn't hit yet. Stick to recommended amounts for the time being.. MoodyJillyBean78 2 Posted September 5, 2012 My dr had me add powdered milk to everything when I got to the full liquid stage to bump up the Protein. 1 scoop in yogurt, pudding, Soup, shakes too! As for Water try room temp. But if your having discomfort it might be gas… so try walking more (down the hall 2-3x) before and after sipping. I didn't get all 64oz in for a couple of weeks.
