Ow far out is a good date to start Protein Bars. And what are some good ones that Walmart carries

I wanted to find ones that I liked

I also ordered Protein powder samples from Nashua Nutrition

BUT now post op all the ones I liked I no longer do so don't stockpile anything yet I would just sample

Alrighty thanks I am 6 weeks post op but wasn't sure when to start bars

I was told by my nutritionist 6 weeks out before starting the bars. Try Quest bars from GNC or online. They are like 26 maybe 25g of Protein and my surgeon personally recommends them. They come in a ton of flavors.
