kisersassy 369 Posted August 31, 2012 My nut said that for every 10g of Protein the calories need to be 100 or less. She did not recommend slim fast. Buy EAS it has 17g of protein and 100 calories. Jen in SoCal 189 Posted August 31, 2012 You can buy Premier Protein shakes at costco. 30 grams if Protein and 160 calories per shake. They come in vanilla and chocolate.
