I'm 4 weeks out and I'm wanting something sweet. Like a bite of cake or ice cream!! Even sugar free Cookies I love them. What can I do???? Help plzzzzz

I'm only a lil over a week out and I eat just a couple of spoonfuls of bryer's 4 carb icecream. It satisfied my craving and not too bad of a cheat. I don't even think it would even be cheating.

Same here try Perry's sherbet 98% fat free and no sugars added one or two teaspoons at a time
