MustangSteve 31 Posted August 29, 2012 Had to pay for the nut job eval, and will have $500 for the nutrionist(why so freakin high?) then just $150 copay for the surgeon, everything else I am lucky to have ins pay for. I am going to ask for documentation do that I can submit to insurance and see what happens.
