Ok so i started bowel movement yesterday but they are really dark and stinky is this normal in the beginning ?

Ok so i started bowel movement yesterday but they are really dark and stinky is this normal in the beginning ?

I read from another post that once you start soft foods, it is. And there are alot of post about the stinky part as well!

i knew about the stinky part but the really dark bothered me almost looked black but seems to be turning dark brown so may be just what needs to clean out of my system thanks
