Surgery was the 21st a long day not goin to say it was easy was not that easy was in some pain but got through everything and got to come home still can't take down very much mainly on Water going to try some sugar free Hawaiian punch today see how that goes trying to get every figure out what to take and when to take is rather confusing

Just do what your doctor says and everything will be fine.

Take it ez for the first day or to but still walk walk walk it does help

And don't forget to sip
