Yes this will be one of the hardest things you will do. After this the rest will be downhill.

Stick to it don't cheat no matter what. Do what the doctors say

You can do it

Yes I have so many emotions about the liquid diet, I cant wait to start it but im terrified at the same time, terrified I will fail, but I kno I have to be strong and im so happy that I found this group.
