I'm not concerned about the booze part---drinking alcohol just doesn't fit in with my diet plan, so I will stick with my Water..but I wanted to bring something that I could eat (who knows what other stuff other people will bring), and I'm on the soft food stage. So, I pureed a can of cannellini Beans with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh thyme, garlic, and ground walnuts.
