I quit 3 weeks ago. I am using the electronic cigs and it is helping a lot. I am with you that the want is still there but I know my surgery is more important to me and that helps to motivated me

I smoked :***(. Only 5 but I'm wondering how long it will take to get out of my system. Disappointed in myself...
