2ndTimesTheCharm 68 Posted August 19, 2012 The gas pain! My 1st time around I was not warned about the pain from the leftover gas that they pump in you! That was the worst part for me...this time around I will be prepared to ask for drugs so I can sleep thru it! Good luck!

chaotica 96 Posted August 19, 2012 Not being able to keep things down. I have been so active, but it always ends in feeling sick and sore. I know I must sound like a baby, but it's really hard to deal with. I get plain tired of getting sick everytime I eat. Now, I don't even like the way food feels in my pouch. Don't even really want to eat. And that's combated by the fact that I'm always hungry and miss food. It's the strangest struggle yet.

It can't rain forever. :')

mbowlin 16 Posted August 20, 2012 The hardest thing is this underlying feeling of uneasiness. I think it's from not processing feelings. I used to eat when I was upset. Now I don't. So I need to find something else to help me cope. Working out helps. Talking helps. I think it's time to start that counseling they talked about in class. 9 weeks out and -50 pounds. chaotica 96 Posted August 20, 2012 I shall do that. I'll try anything at this point. But I'm not sure how to handle this dislike of food in my pouch. I mean I just hate the way it feels. Aside of the throwing up, it has been so long, it just feels like it does not belong.

Nothing sounds good and I hate getting sick. I know it's trial and error and I have to learn what works but I'm so tired of not wanting food. Also, I eat less now than I did 2 weeks ago. Can barely get a 1/4 of a cup down. It's a struggle! 1 chaotica reacted to this
jenneliza 257 Posted August 20, 2012 I went through a phase of not wanting to eat anything to wanting to eat all my favorite old trigger foods. Grocery shopping has been a little depressing, as has watching my loved ones and friends eat my faves. But losing almost 50 lbs in 6 weeks is worth it! 1 punk.rock.mama reacted to this
