I take two Flintstone Complete. It's for children and adults. Just have to take two because they require 200% of the daily allowance.

Vitafusion multivites gummy vitamins. I try chewable flinstons taste horrible. I couldn't swallow it. Now these are yummy.

GNC brand. I buy all my vitimans there and my protien Protein drinks, bars or mixes. They have all worked well for me.

I take Bariatric Fusion.....I order online. They have several favors...I'm taking the tropical flavor right now...I like them....you chew four (spread out thru the day). I was told not to do any type of Gummy for 6 months.

I order online bariatric vits called opurity. They have everything in it so you only take one. The taste it's bad.
