DaniG 54 Posted August 18, 2012 I know I exercised ALOT on vacation but I ate terribly a few times. What's scary is I didn't dump at all! I even had fried chicken today from a rest stop!! Well I am home now and ready to get back on track! Wayyy too many carbs this week! I had a beer last night also. I'm 7 weeks out and I felt fine. I drank it slow. Wont make that a habit!
