kmiller 146 Posted August 17, 2012 Hi Mary! My name is Kristen. I had surgery on May 1 of this year. I am down 65 lbs. I don't know where you started at weight wise, but it's different for everyone. I think a persons age and activity level determines a lot of it. I'm 58 years old and I work with a trainer 3 days a week. When I stopped losing, my trainer advised me to eat more. I had unknowingly put myself into starvation mode without being aware of it. When I started eating more, I started losing again. I hope this helps. Hang in there. This is a wonderful group of people who will help and support you all the way. God bless.

That's 10 pounds a month. Twelve months out at 10 pounds a month = 120 pounds. You're doing great!! Congratulations! Trust the process. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. The fact that your weight loss is different from mine (or anyone else) means absolutely nothing. Stay focused on following the protocol, stay active, trust the process, and stay away from the scales for a week or two. You're gonna love the new you!!
