No sugar added juices,Popsicles ,clear broth, crystal light,propel,decaff coffee & tea ,1protein shake.< /p>

Good luck with the surgery ladies...im going in Monday if all goes well. I start my 2 day Clear Liquids at midnight. I cheated and bought a few things in smaller sizes already! lol

I cheated with food tonight. Four chips with buffalo chicken dip.

I think I will be In the different mind set when it's I can't.

I know we should all follow what are surgeons say to a T. But it's hard when you still have all the hunger pains. I was at a tupperware party tonight and their were all types of dishes
