PaulB 346 Posted August 16, 2012 Has anyone experienced any dizzyness or light headed my doctor says it may be from dehydration. I think I'm getting enough Protein in (I think). I haven't seen a post about this yet (I think) I'm a man it could be right in front of me and I would miss it. Maybe I should ask my wife (lol) And one more thing does anyone get achy at night kind of like your arms and legs are tired
NewCarrie 4 Posted August 16, 2012 Hey Paul...you're not crazy. I've been getting the dizzy/off balance feeling. Not constant but definitely something I never had. I attributed mine to needing more fuel in my body. As for the aches...yes have those too. Almost feels like I have that restless leg syndrome.

Jbaz777 43 Posted August 17, 2012 I get light headed everytime I stand up quick or bend over, or getting up out of bed. went to the dr. and found out my blood pressure was dropping to low. So I was instructed to intake all my fluids, and add a little salt in my diet to elevate pressure. So far it doesnt happen nearly as much, since I started what they told me.
