Yeah, I agree! And I am NOT happy being over weight and so unhealthy! My ambition isn't so much to be slim, that's a major plus... but to get off my blood pressure and high cholesterol meds and the CPAP machine - to live longer!

I thank god the only thing I had was mild asthma. Nothing else. Glad I'm losing weight & the best part is I feel great!

Im not telling anyone My husband ,dad n mom knows any one else Im just going to say I had My hernia removed And everysince ive had it removed the weight has been coming off Im ready for a new healthy life And part Of that is no negativity so screw them
