One person has a link to a lot of recipes that sound good as soon as I get hungry enough to try them

Cottage cheese pudding

This pudding is super thick, rich, and delicious! It’s great to eat on its own or to use as a pie filling.

2 C low fat cottage cheese

1 C low fat milk

1 box sugar free, fat free pudding mix, any flavor

Blend milk and cottage cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend thoroughly.

pureed Stage recipes (makes more than one serving)

1 slice (1 oz) ham

2 soft cooked eggs

1 cup of warm low fat milk

Trim all the fatty particles from the ham and put it in the blender. Process for 2 cycles at chop. Add the eggs. Process for 1 cycle at mix. Add the milk and blend until smooth.

Poached eggs

2 poached eggs

1 slice toast

1 cup of warm low fat milk

Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Cover and process for 2 cycles on blend.
