Stacey Dayonne 69 Posted August 14, 2012 I'm 5 months out and still don't eat bread. I don't even miss it. Life gets back to normal. I go out with friends and family. I just plan ahead and remember how far I've come that I don't want to go back

BBdoodle 483 Posted August 14, 2012 It is a great feeling that you can eat something and maintain control so easily. I am 4 months post op and afraid to eat certain things But generally I eat normal food that is low or fat free and healthy foods.
Stacey Dayonne 69 Posted August 14, 2012 I never drank so no alcohol anyways. Yup fruits and veggies at this stage are encouraged. Over the vomiting too.
