Back from the doctors visit in so much pain like I suspected I have an infection and she had to re open my incision without numbing it 1st to drain it!!! I thought I was going to pass out!!

Ouch that must have been SO painful! I wish you a speedy recovery

Hi can you believe I'm still in the hospital...with a collapsed lung..hurts like heck..might get to go home in a few more days...hope everyone one else is doing great...good luck to everyone else..

Im really sorry to hear how ill you are. It must be reallyhard on you and your spirit. I hope you have alot of friends around youand you recover super speedly. Sending you get well soon vibes...

Congrats Steve!

Pre liquid diet 1 week before surgery I was 303 today I am 279. I swear even if I only lost a pound I'd be thrilled but for real this is amazing. I haven't been able to get my weight down to this since 2007 when I had my son. I had went from 200 to 285 in 9 months that year during that pregnancy. I've not been able to lose since then and I've had a daughter last year. This is so great I feel like I have a second chance at being a mom.

Well I'm a week out and I decided to hop my booty on the scale for the first time not really worried about it moving but I am happy to say I am down from 315 to 291 I have not been in the twos in years so happy I am having no pain been up moving and a grooving feeling like a new person I am going back to work day after tomorrow so ready to order me some new work uniforms! And for all of you out there having complcations this too shall pass and before you know it it will just e a distant memory !! All the love and peace Jessica

I am down to 254 16lbs and feeling good still having some pain though so that's the only bad thing. I am going to puréed tomorrow which I am not to thrilled about I want to be eating food already but I know my pouch needs to heal. I ordered my family a pizza last night man did it smell good, I thought about doing the chew and spit thing but knew I was better then that. Hope everyone is doing well that's had surgery and to those who soon will be having surgery good luck!

I got a call from the Surgeons office and they said that the Dr isn't available on the 26th. I was shocked!! She said that I had to have my surgery by Oct 1st or i'll have to start the process again and I couldn't believe it.

She called me back and said she has only 2 spots Sept 28th at 1pm or Sept 25th at 11:30 so guess what? My surgery date is the 25th and i'll be at the hospital at 9:30!! WOOHOO!!

To everyone who hasn't had surgery yet. Can you believe how fast the days are approaching? Soon we will be joining our friends on the loosing bench and i've never been so excited to be a loser haha

Sorry I don't respond too much its been really crazy here. Kids, cleaning, going through and getting out winter clothes, packing up summer clothes, kids, cleaning, making sure food is here for the family, and everything that has to be done. Yes kids and cleaning are always repeated because its ever ending.

My heart goes out to the person(I think Isla) who was unable to have her surgery. My prayers are with you and I hope that everything is well with you.
