I just committed to one <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I really haven't been doing that much running at all. I walk on a flat walking trail but this was all terain. I use elyptical for 30-40 mins 6 days a week. The two girls I did 5k with are more advanced than I am running so i just had to push myself to keep up. We walked and jogged. New goal is to jog whole way. I am signed up for two 5k's and the Warrior Dash. It is good to sign up for them...keeps you motivated!
