Ok so all I have left is my phsy eval how long after I get that and sumbit everything can I get my surgery date???????

Depends on how busy your surgeon is ! And have u had your pre op yet ?

I had my psych eval last Nov. and I am having surgery Monday. But I had some complications that took a while to resolve.
