Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and mozerella cheese on top and put in the oven - broil til your liking!! I buy tortillias, bake them in the oven on the rack until they get crispy, then take them out put a little sauce, fresh mozzrella, spices, basil and fresh Tomato =yummie.
