Please keep us updated. I do not want to go back either, but I can't get in more than 260 calories a day. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. :( I find myself chewing food and spitting it out instead of swollowing it.

Endoscopy is this Friday. They pushe me in ASAP. My surgeon is very concern and I'm concern also. I'm over 2 months. I should be eating good & not vomiting like I just had surgery. I wish it was in my mind but it's not.

Thanks for the well wishes & yes I will keep you all posted. We are a family here. When one person hurts we all feel it. When we lose weight we are get happy. I appreciate all of you.

Have the check you thyroid levels, my levels where to low, I was sick for days could not eat and I was vomiting off of a small sip of Water, the doctor gave me something for vomiting in the meantime it's been working.... Hope you feel better.

Hope all goes well for you mami.

Also, there these Protein bullets at Walmart and the Vitamin Shoppe that have 42g of whey protein in like 2.5 ounces. it taste pretty bad but if you can get one or two of those down it could probably make you feel a lil better seeing that you are not eating. feel better! Please keep us posted.

Update:

It wasnt in my mind. I had the endoscopy done & infact it turn out that my stomach closed, and they had to make a small opening to aloud me to eat after 24 hours of liquid. I hope this is the end,and all my issues will be gone.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
