I'm never hungry when I'm hungry I eat like a bird. I drink Water all day long. I been having lots of headaches. I had a Migraine yesterday & I was vomiting but what? I had nothing in my belly. I was so dizzy. I honestly feel like I'm dying. All my pants are falling off. I did lose weight. I'm now 161 pounds. Can someone advice me? I want to get better I'm over 2 months post up. I should be eating more. I'm sleepy. I do have more energy. But I feel horrible.

Are you lacking Protein, or calories. Both can make u feel lethargic.

Have you contacted your dr office or the nutritionalist? They may be able to help. It's good that you are drinking. That should help you not get dehydrated at least. I wish I wasn't hungry. The dr may be able to prescribe you something to calm your stomach and nausea.

Try eating other things with Protein, like those Cookies Babygirl posted. Also, call your doctor. Hope you feel better.

There are several reasons for vomiting not chewing well, eating food that is too dry. It is not okay to be vomiting all the time, if this is the case in my opinion I would go to your dr, it could be a sign of a stricture or something else. By not eating properly you can develop anemia and deficencies that can be detrimental to your health. Good luck and take care of yourself!

Glad you called your dr. Hopefully the test will tell what the culprit is.

Endoscopy is this Friday. They pushe me in ASAP. My surgeon is very concern and I'm concern also. I'm over 2 months. I should be eating good & not vomiting like I just had surgery. I wish it was in my mind but it's not.

Thanks for the well wishes & yes I will keep you all posted. We are a family here. When one person hurts we all feel it. When we lose weight we are get happy. I appreciate all of you.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
