Quilting Girl 8 Posted August 21, 2012 I had to use the New Direction meal replacements......didn't care for them at all.....if you get the pudding, make it the night before and refrigerate,...the cheese broccoli Soup was the worse...I was limited to the pudding, shake and soups.....if you can do the bars, then that should be better...good luck!! tbaby 27 Posted August 22, 2012 I am at the point of waiting for tricare approval. I quit smoking for almost a month but slipped up when we found out our brother died and I smoked ! Now I'm worried. What kind of tests do they do? Mouth swab? Blood? Urine?should I wait another 60 days before going back? I feel like kicking myself because now after soloing not having cravingsimbacktofeeling them >.< Sorry to hear about your brother. I'm having the hardest time trying to quit smoking. What can I do? There are some thingso you can do to trick you brain here are a few. Chew cinnamon gum Brush teeth right after you eat anything even a snack Drink grapefruit juice first thing in the am Take Vitamin c ( Vitamin C clears nicotine out of your system load up on it) Gargle with cinnamon mouthwash All these thing help trick your brain and balance the chemicals out so the cravings are not bad.........
