For the first time in I don't know how long I am excited to go to band camp. I really missed the kids over the summer and I can't wait for them to see how I've changed. I'm no longer going to be the fat instructor. I have so much more energy and strength. It may all sound vain but this has been such a life changing experience that I can't help but be happy. This is step one. In 3 weeks I go back to work at school and the peers I haven't seen will see the new me!
