Beachbum 70 Posted July 30, 2012 As anyone else noticed a change in the color if their poop? Having tan sometimes gray clay colored poop. Went online and learned it could be a bile/liver problem. Going to call doctors office today but was curious if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks!
BBdoodle 483 Posted July 30, 2012 Ever since surgery mine have been yellow or green. I had my gallbladder removed on 6/26 and then they really turned green. I spoke to my doctor about this and he said not to worry its all normal.
Wps2 57 Posted July 30, 2012 Mine has been a dark dark brown to black. Not sure what it means.
veronicav75 35 Posted July 30, 2012 Mine has been a dark dark brown to black. Not sure what it means. You should call your doctor. Dark tarry stools can indicate bleeding in the intestinal track. It could be nothing but better to be safe. 1 DLCoggin reacted to this

Going to call doctors office today but was curious if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks! I experienced it and it turned out I was Iron deficient. Severely anemic actually. They put me on prenatal Vitamins and 2 months later now all is well. No more anemia! No more pale colored stools!
