I'm with you tank on weightlifting! I love to weightlift and I can't wait to actually have some definition you know? I don't necessarily want to be huge but man it sure would be nice to show up at a hospitsl in my jumpsuit, be like hi my name is Dave I'm with lifeflight what can ido for you today? and it wouldn't be a bad idea maybe to have some of the nurses be like mmmmm let's face creep him. Lol.

Hahahaha that's too funny!! I started lifting heavy about a month before my surgery in anticipation of the muscle loss from dropping pounds. I was up to reposing 305. I'm not big on weighing a certain amount but I'm looking forward to having the abs to match my huge arms!!
